Customer Review Summary
Customers commonly praise the Pinnacle 3/4 insoles for strong arch support and improved comfort, with several saying they relieved long-standing pain and felt comparable to medical orthotics. Recurring concerns include firm feel with limited cushioning, occasional slipping inside certain shoes, and sensitivity to pronounced edges after extended wear. A few users also reported durability issues with the top fabric and mixed results when the insoles did not alleviate their pain.
