These are what I've needed for years! I need the cushion and the alignment for pronation, but I also need a lot of toe room in the shoe. Other orthotics
Advantages: Best of both worlds: Toe room plus help for pronation and plantar fasciitis.
Disadvantages: Can't think of a thing.

Great for shoes that fit perfectly, or have a small toe box. Same benefits as the full size insole. Usually an 8 1/2 , they were out, so I got the smaller size, works perfectly.
Advantages: No foot/back/knee pain.
Disadvantages: none.

These inserts are incredible. After several months of suffering from plantar fasciitis and unable to see a podiatrist, I ordered these with hope and a little skepticism. Within a day or two, my foot pain was gone. My walking stride felt more comfortable and controlled, and balance has greatly improved.
Advantages: Low cost. Effective relief.
Disadvantages: None

I love these 3/4 insoles. They provide the much needed arch support in my boots that have very little support. I swap them between 3 pairs of my boots. They are very easily swapped.
Advantages: Easy to swap out from shoe to shoe.

I really hoped these shorter insoles would fit better. A waste of money for me. The full-size ones work MUCH better.
Advantages: None that I experienced.
Disadvantages: Very uncomfortable. The front edge rubbed my foot and they didn’t stay in place.

My neighbor suggested I buy the 3/4 length and they felt good but I realized that I needed the full length. e-mail me when they go on sale.
Advantages: They improve alignment but it takes some getting used to. and they raise the floor of the shoe and at times I can feel the upper part of the toes.
Disadvantages: see above

These are the best for ease of use and not taking so much toe room that my shoes won’t fit with an orthotic in them. I have used them for 15 or so years and much prefer them to my original hard orthotic.
Advantages: These easily adapt to shoes. I keep one pair in my sneakers and one pair to rotate around my casual shoes. They work for dress shoes too if the heel is not too high. My dress shoes are Mary Jane style. The soft covering means you can wear them without socks as well.
Disadvantages: One does have to buy fresh ones each year. I can tell when I need to get new ones when one ankle seems to not be fully supported. Once I waited two years by accident, and my plantar fasciitis came back with a vengeance.

I love this product, if it’s very nicely to buy shoes. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because on the side of the instep the color is a strange orange. So it makes it difficult to wear with my shoes that are d’orsay.I would suggest they make it more of a skin tone rather than orange. I am pleased with all the Vionic products.
Advantages: This insole makes every single shoe more comfortable.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage is the color that is used which shows in

I was instructed by my surgeon that I needed to get some good orthotic insoles to assist me with physical therapy post Achilles tendon surgery. My wife found these on line and they are perfect. While giving me the arch support I much needed, my toe area was not crunched as these are only 3/4 (arch and heel support).
Advantages: These give me discomfort relief as I walk and helps me not to limp as much post-surgery.
Disadvantages: None

I have used these inserts in my regular shoes for at least 4 years. And my feet don't hurt!
Advantages: I am 72, and Vionic brand was recommended years ago. I now own 6 pairs of sandals, + a pair for the beach, 1 pair of flats, 2 pairs of tennis shoes, and no longer wear any regular shoes without these inserts. I had used the first pair of inserts for 4 years, and since I now walk an average of 9,500 steps a day, decided to order a new pair of inserts, though the first pair is still good.
Disadvantages: A couple of times, I've needed to take out the regular insert sole of a tennis shoe. The advantage of needed support far outweighs any decision to buy a 'prettier' pair of shoes with no support, especially sandals in Florida.
