My co-workers whom I bought the shoes for love them.

Advantages: You get better support and comfort compared to wearing regular shoes including Crocs.

Disadvantages: You could still feel pain when you have to be on your feet for the long-hour work shifts. Just not as much compared to wearing regular footwear.

My coworkers like the shoes so much they wear them at work.

Advantages: Added comfort & support even better than regular Crocs/Clogs.

Disadvantages: Still feel pain during long work shifts.
