I like the 3/4 insole. It fits in my shoes without having to take out the insole that already comes in shoes.

I like the half sole they are easier to get in and out.
Advantages: Easier to get in and out of shoes
Disadvantages: They are not as comfortable and your feet hurt sooner than later.

Fits in my shoes perfectly.
Advantages: Helps hold my arches comfortably. Can move to any closed shoe
Disadvantages: Can't use in sandals.

They are GREAT. Easy to get and out of shoes and fell great in the shoe. Can't believe that I use to spend $400 for orthotics and now I pay what these cost. First time I can say I saved money in 2023!
