Loved this shoe but had to return it because it was too wide. Wish they offered it in a narrow size!
Advantages: Customer Service provided me with the return label & instructions so I was able to return right away. I am sure they will issue a credit back to my account as soon as the return is processed.
Disadvantages: The only disadvantage is that the shoe does not come in a narrow fit.
