Great orthotics! These orthotics are just what I needed! My feet, my whole lower part of the body feels much better! Definitely more cost effective than getting it from my doctor.

Great Service - Good Orthotics ! I was impressed with the quality of the orthotic and the difference it made with my foot pronation. Fits well in all shoes thus far. The company does offer great follow-up service. I will be back!

review for 3/4 length custom insoles they slip arpunjfd in shoe do not swtay put i had to pt velcro on shope and insole wanted full insole they are god bit yiu should do somethi9ng to hold them to shoes double soded tape add free velcro do something

Great value I developed tarsal tunnel and I need a good orthotic with a tarsal pad to alleviate the pain. The orthic that I purchased from the Orthotic Shop is as good, or better, than the one that I paid twice as much for from my local foot doctor. I am very happy with my experience with the Orthotic Shop and I will purchase additional othotics in the future from them.

So far I am very happy with this product especially the neoprene cover which I can wear with Sandals and it doesn't absorb moisture. I wish the same cover would come in black.

Sports Orthotics Nothing like custom made pairs... I have purchased OEM products, but these allow me to stay on my feet all day with no discomfort or tired feet.

Better than doctors I was very skeptical ordering this online. I had always had my orthotics done by my doctor. I paid $400. Well this year, my medicare plan would not cover custom made orthotics because I was not diabetic, so this seemed like an attractive option. I was glad i gave it a try. The orthotics this company made fit me better and feel better than what my doctor did, and my foot pain hurts less. The only con is that I had to cut them down to size (they were too big and wide in the toe area and I could not fit them into my sneaker). I ended up cutting the right one too small (oops).. The company has offered to fix this for me, but they orthodics feel so good on my feet that I'm not willing to return them yet. if I could afford it, I would order a 2nd pair so for my other shoes.

I ordered new Orthotics from the OrthoticShop. I work for Medtronic the World's leader in Cardiac Pacing technology. I own production test for Medtronic at a global level. I'm on my feet all day. I needed excellent quality Orthotics and I got them. I searched for a company i could buy new orthotics directly to save the Dr visit I know I didn't need. I accepted the risk of being disappointed with a purchase decision that was made without seeing any samples. I was extremely pleased when these new orthotics arrived. They fit perfectly, they are well made, and the customer service was outstanding. I wanted to take a few moments and provide some well deserved positive feedback.

Advantages: Cost savings by buying direct. You don't like something, they'll make you happy.
They are well made, no cheap components or fabrication processes.
Excellent fit if you made good models. The instructions are very simple.
Got a question, call them, friendly, informed, and you speak with a person.
Disadvantages: Only if you waited too long to use their products, your loss.

The process from finding the product to fit my need, to it ordering online, receiving forms for feet and to the delivery of the product was very easy and timely. My only suggestion would be to give a estimate of the final product delivery date at the time of ordering.

These orthotics are very reasonably priced and they fit well. Even with my comment under "disadvantages," below, I will be ordering another pair.

Disadvantages: The only "downside" to these orthotics is that the front edge can be felt on the bottom of my foot. It is not painful, but is noticeable. It took some getting used to. However, I did not order the full footbed, but only the half. Perhaps it makes a difference. My suggestion would be a bit thicker padding.

These inserts are wonderfully rigid in the heel and arch but flexible near the toe. They have made wearing any of my shoes a much better experience and have helped me tolerate my plantar fasciitis. Before these inserts, I had to buy special walking shoes that never lasted very long. Now I can use any of my shoes and not be completely crippled by the end of the day.
