Redi-thotics Heat Moldable Orthotics Excellent product. My podiatrist recommended these orthotics with the hope that I wouldn't have to purchase custom orthotics. They have worked very well. I have inserted them in several pairs of shoes and I have very pleased - my foot doesn't hurt as long as I wear shoes with the orthotic inserts.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.

I’ve had several pairs of these. After a couple of years of severe plantar fasciitis, 4 cortisone shots, physical therapy, anti-inflammatory patches, etc., my podiatrist recommended these. I play tennis all the time too. Once I started playing with these in my tennis shoes my pain finally went away. These are not soft or cushiony, they are stiff and firm, but they work wonders. They are very durable. I replace mine about once a year.

These are great! I had a pair, and got these for my husband because he was complaining.
Advantages: shaped well to fit
Disadvantages: The top layer on the first pair separated and rolled up when they got wet. Hopefully these new ones will not do that.

The only reason this is a 4 is due to the fact they sent the wrong one at first. However, getting them returned and replaced was very easy.
Advantages: The foot pain just goes away. They are molded to my feet and are very comfortable.
Disadvantages: The inserts need to be trimmed - do not trim too much as they will not be comfortable.

These are awesome family,much appreciated.I'm on my feet as a hairdresser!
Advantages: Would love for all of you to try this model,you might think they are going to be stiff,they to the bottoms of your feet melt and support your arches in a wonderful way.Thank you Protolus

These inserts are the best you can get if you have flat feet with problems / alleviates pain.
Advantages: The insert is very firm and forms to your feet and makes walking and standing much more comfortable
Disadvantages: Pricey but still worth the money
