On the website: the New Villager shoe ordered: 8.5 XWW was identified as 8.5 XWW on the box but as 8.5 XW inside the shoe.
The DREW company confirmed that XW and XWW are the in reality the same width: XW!
This was a labeling issue at the factory which was not noted on the website. The XW shoe was too narrow for my feet. In reality the widest width available for the New Villager shoe is XW. I will purchase this shoe again and have it stretched before the needed rocker bar alterations can be made to the soles.
This misinformation was not caused by the OrthoticShop. This is a labeling issue between DREW and its manufacturers.
