Works for me! I found the directions to be less than helpful. It is difficult to put on without assistance from another person, but it does do an incredible job at helping with my rotator cuff post-operative pain.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.

Excellent product. I have used the Ossur system for multiple joint replacement surgeries. The variety of shapes available make it easy to find one that fits your need. I needed a replacement pad and it was quick and easy to order. I paid for expedited shipping and it came faster than predicted.

I have not used the product yet. I have to schedule my bunion and hammer toe surgery. I already had the machine from having a knee replacement and am so glad I can use it again.
Advantages: My recovery went so much faster once I had the Ossur Ice Machine. The first one came damaged and had to be reordered. I went right on Tylenol when I started using this product. I'm sure it will be the same when I get foot surgery.
Disadvantages: There are none. This is so much more convenient than using ice packs which are too cold and leak all over. They don't cover the way your product does.

After two years I pulled out my ice machine filled it up and put it to work, only to find out my shoulder pad was leaking out of the felt material side. Like almost all of it.
Looked on line and found Orthoticshop.com.
Had new pads for my ice machine in about one week.

Advantages: Larger than I thought available styles of different ice machine pads.
Disadvantages: Took about six days longer than I had hoped for, but still arrived with in a week.

The ossur Cold Rush Pads are very effective for icing your knees after surgery. It covers all area of the knee and dispense coldness to the body to reduce swelling and/ or lowering temperature.
Advantages: It is very convenient to your needs
Disadvantages: N/A

Fast shipping from a trusted supplier with an avergae price. This beats the universal pad in terms of covering the knee and leg in all swollen areas.
Advantages: Better coverage than the universal pad
Disadvantages: The hoses a shorter than the universal pad.
