Good service We ordered the boots and they were too small. OrthoticShop handled the exchange promptly and without a glitch. Well done. Would shop here again.
Advantages: Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.
Disadvantages: Size: Length runs small.

Advantages: These boots are still extremely comfortable, but ... there's always a but I guess. They don't stay up. Someone asked me if I was wearing weights on my ankles, and that's what they look like. Guess I'm going to have to spring for the Uggs after all. Sad
Disadvantages: They don't stay up.

Very cute boots. Glad I found them. Comparable to designer brand without the high price.
Advantages: Warm and comfortable. Look really nice without spending lots.
Disadvantages: Run a little large so I could have gone with a smaller size if I had known before I bought them.

I really, really am enjoying these boots. I just couldn't bring myself to pay $150 for the "other" brand. And I'm so glad I didn't. I do have a high arch, so I added my favorite insoles. Perfect! Sometimes I look down in horror, thinking I've worn my house shoes to the mall! I've never had the other brand, so I can't compare these to them. But I have no intention now of trying them. Yay Bearpaws!
Advantages: Very comfortable.
Great price.
Disadvantages: If you have PF or high/flat arches you'll need insert an insole.
