The fit is true and the shoe is comfortable. The only complaint is the tongue could be wider and the sides of the shoe where the laces are located could be longer. My orthotics must be higher than most.
My old shoes caused heel pain. Drew has a cushioned heel.
I used these shoes to replace New Balance 928 V3. I could barely lace them. Over the years, New Balance has degraded the design.
My Drew shoes only had one foot bed instead of two as advertised. Since I need zero due to using orthotics, I really don't care.
My complaints won't stop me from buying another pair.

Advantages: Cushioned heel. The last is close enough to New Balance 928 that my orthotics did not need to be trimmed.
Disadvantages: The design could still be improved. Wider tongue and longer sides where the laces are contained.
