The opening of the shoe was too small.

These are excellent shoes for people with wide feet. I love the adjustable inserts for comfort and fit.

Unfortunately, shoe was too difficult for me to get on and off so I had to return it. Very disappointing because it was such a nice shoe. Return was handled simply and promptly.

I have purchased 3 pairs of these(Drew Bexley)shoes and am considering purchasing a fourth pair. However, I am on the fence regarding my decision On the one hand, considering the comfort, the quality(for the most part) , and convenience I definitely would purchase another pair. On the other hand, I do not want to repurchase because of one specific problem: the stiching holding the leather together between the top insole and the sole of the shoe fails. This has been the problem on all 3 pairs I've owned. As a disclaimer, I have used these shoes daily and give them a hard life, and for indoor/light outdoor work they would be great. To me, if a more durable thread was used at described location, purchasing this shoe woul be a no brainer.
