Narrow is too narrow I usually wear a narrow, but this shoe ended up being too narrow for me in the toe area, as my toes seem to be too crowded and squeezed on top. Maybe a half size larger would fit better, but I ordered them internationally and cannot return them or exchange them. Otherwise they are a very nice looking shoe.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.
Disadvantages: Shoe Width: Width runs narrow.

I'm so happy to finally find a pair of truly comfortable dress shoes that look great. I have walked in these shoes for miles with no problems. I bought 2 more pairs just to make sure they don't discontinue this style. I wish more orthodic shoes were equally stylish.
Advantages: Comfortable, fashionable

These were exactly what I was looking for, a wide shoe with a low heel, to wear at a wedding. They are perfect, but do slip off at the heel. Soft, really pretty, the little bow accent is a nice touch. I'll try a heel pad of some sort and hope that helps with the slipping.
Advantages: Wide, nice low heel. They're soft and really pretty.
Disadvantages: Slips off at the heel.
Unfortunately the "live chat help" was not much help as she didn't seem to pay attention to my questions and could not offer appropriate help. First she said the shoe was too small - really? Then she said "sounds like it's too big" - really she was no help at all.

I purchased two of these shoes in different colors and I can’t be more pleased . Very comfortable and stylish . I’d take a medium with shoe and feel these are perfect I have to disagree with other reviews and that they are running wide or narrow.
Advantages: Stylish and comfortable

These shoes are so pretty and really well made, but the wide is really wide--I cannot keep them on my feet! I have to wear inserts and usually that makes my shoes fit even tighter, but it did not make a difference with this shoes. I'm bummed, because I love them. When I walk, my heal falls out on every step. I tried heal grips, but that did not work either.
Advantages: really pretty, the heal is a nice, comfortable height--just high enough to look dressy for career clothes, but low enough to be comfortable when you are on your feet all day. The shoes is really fine quality!
Disadvantages: I thought the description said removable insoles for replacing with inserts, but they were very difficult to remove (again, because of the excellent construction). I had a battle taking the insoles out, and so now I fear I cannot return them. If you are borderline wide width, I would go with a medium width instead of a wide width.
