Xelero are the best shoes I have ever had. I am on my 4th pair. I have had numerous problems with my feet including surgery on one of them. I have also had two knees replaced and these are the only shoes that I can walk all day in. They are perfect right out of the box.
Advantages: Great support and ensure correct body alignment.
Disadvantages: They are somewhat expensive and I usually get a new pair about every 8 months due to the fact I wear them constantly.

I bought a pair of these trainers firstly because I had severe osteoarthritis in my right ankle and I was told that these shoes were designed to support the natural heel to toe movement of the foot and were very cushioned and supportive. As soon as I put them on I knew they were right for me and I worn them virtually every day for a year and following an ankle joint replacement have replaced them with an identical pair. I have wide feet and ordered a US size 8D which is equivalent to a Uk size 6 wide.
Advantages: Superbly comfortable, narrow to wide fit available, fit as expected. Very supportive
Disadvantages: I live in UK and the first pair I purchased was from Shoemed in Cheltenham but they no longer import these trainers and after a long search I realised I could only get these shoes from the US and hence I purchased them from the Orthotics Shop. Their customer service was very good and I was able to track my order, the only disadvantage being I had to pay import charges and more delivery charges amounting to about £50 more making the trainers very expensive

I have a problem of developing a callus on the bottom ball of my left foot between my second and third toes that becomes like walking on a stone and is very painful. I was referred to this particular Xcelero shoe by my son who had the same problem. It has totally eliminated my problem! I have tried other Xcelero shoes with no help, but THIS Xcelero Genesis shoe has been a godsend and has made it possible for me to walk without pain. I have been wearing them for almost 10 years. I am now 85 years old and believe it or not, I wear these shoes with my velvet pants at Christmas time, and don't give a thought to how it looks, because I am able to walk with out pain. I have hallux rigidous and Achilles heal tendon issues. Bending my toes are impossible, so rocker type bottom shoes are imperative. I ordered these shoes in extra wide to provide ample room for the toes. There is plenty of room. The shoes are very comfortable to walk in, and give me the movement I need to push off from my toes, when my toes are unable to bend and push off naturally. In spite of the wide width, there is no movement in my heel area, which can be a problem sometimes. I have less pain in the Achilles’ tendon and back of my heels. I am quite satisfied with these shoes.
Advantages: This company stocks the wide sizes in their shoes, and I appreciate this.
The rocker bottoms are a huge plus.
Nice amount of padding in the heel area.
Disadvantages: I would appreciate elastic shoe laces, to accommodate more ease in putting on the shoe. These can be purchased separately.

The shoe was awesome but I decided the color was not what I wanted (just my personal preference as the shoe looked just as pictured).
Advantages: true to size.. I wear 7 1/2 2E(width)....that is what I ordered and it fit.

One of the best orthotic shoes I’ve ever owned. I researched several pairs before initiating this order as I was hoping to buy a new pair of athletic shoes. I am not disappointed. They stabilize my posture, align my hips and assist in alleviating any knee and heel pain. My plantar fasciitis and knee osteoarthritis benefit from the way these shoes are engineered. I am definitely one satisfied customer. Thank you.
Advantages: Great motion control and stability that even promotes better posture. They are just what I needed.
Disadvantages: None that I can think of at this time.

I love these shoes. Suffered a severe ankle fracture and ORIF surgery back in November. Now that I can start weight bearing these she’s are giving me the support and comfortable I was looking for.
Advantages: Higher rise than my other orthopedic athletic shoes, giving my ankle more support.

I love the shoes but for the price expected them to last longer.
Advantages: Really helps with my plantar fasciitis; was able to do moderate hikes.
Disadvantages: Only had 4 months and they are falling apart. Too expensive for the quality.
