My daughter and I love these shoes. Initially I was trying to find another good pair of shoes similar to her Hatchbacks so that she could wear her AFOs with them. However, the AFOs have caused a lot of calluses and blisters to my daughter’s feet recently. Therefore, I began looking for a supportive shoe that would help her balance and so that her foot would not turn in so badly. I happened upon these shoes and decided to give them a try. They are exactly what my daughter needs at this time. I don’t recommend this particular shoe for those trying to fit AFO/SMOs in a shoe as the top and back would be very difficult to get a brace in or out. But if you’re like us and wanting to get away from the braces for awhile, this shoe has proven to be very effective for my daughter. It is very supportive and helps her foot to not turn inside when walking.
Advantages: Very supportive
Disadvantages: Not feasible to wear with AFO/SMO. Too difficult to get brace inside the shoe.

I returned my orders including shoes and insohls to be exchanged with smaller sizes
Advantages: I received the exchanged shoes
Disadvantages: I haven’t received the exchanged Insohls yet. I have sent two emails to follow up but no response yet. I made a phone call and they told me that customer service will call me by 24 hrs. But nobody called me yet. I asked for exchanged Insohls or refound my payment but nobody cared. I am really unsatisfied.

I had hoped that this shoe would work out for me because I have ankles that need strong support. But the insoles were way too hard and did not properly support my arch. I substituted my own orthotics but they did not fit properly inside the shoe. I would recommend that you design a softer, supportive insole that will come with the shoe.
Advantages: good design, good sizes.
Disadvantages: poorly designed insoles -- too hard and uncomfortable.

I love them! My son is a toe walker and these shoes have helped him so much with balance and keeping his feet from lifting. They are very sturdy and good quality. I love the fact they come in x-wide width. I will definitely buy again. (Please add more colors)
Advantages: Good quality.
Slightly heavy so that helps my son with not walking on his toes.
Disadvantages: None

My seven-year-old son has severe inversion/flat feet, so I took a gamble on these high top orthotic shoes and it’s night and day difference with his gait. He no longer drags his leg behind him when he walks and his limp is so much more subtle now. So happy he’s not complaining about his feet being sore anymore because they’re so supportive. Previously, I would use his orthotic inserts and ankle support in a regular high top shoe, and it wouldn’t make much of a difference. You can certainly tell the quality of the shoe and I will continue to buy this exact shoe in different sizes as his feet grow. Thank you so much!

My daughter has flat feet and inverted ankles..these are perfect to support her heels. You can put your own insert if the one embeded is to hard.
Advantages: Hightop ankle support
Disadvantages: They are a little bulky but better looking than other shoes out there.

The boots are VERY well made. The tread is compatible with hiking boots. My son said they make his legs feel "strong". These were perfect and I am getting the tennis shoes of the same brand next.
Advantages: Corrects Over-Pronation, Elastic laces, tuff tread, very well made and velcro is long enough to hold the whole strap down.
Disadvantages: They are heavy, but I believe that comes from the high quality of the material used in the construction of the shoe.

I purchased these shoes for a patient of mine who was severely pronates. Once the shoes were on, her feet were in a better anatomical position. They hold her in Mid-line well. Her gait has improved tremendously.
Advantages: Made well, are sturdy and strong enough to hold a child whose parents have an issue with orthotics in a good anantomical position.
Disadvantages: So far none=

I love these shoes, they fit my daughter very well, her ankle is less inflamed, I will ask for another pair of shoes, but it is what I have always looked for, especially since it is for wide feet and it is not easy to find like this.

These are really nice boots. They look like high fashion hiking boots, and my grandson has gotten many compliments on them.
As for how they are in correcting his feet, his feet don't seem to turn in quite as much with them on, but it's hard to tell. What the boots do is lift the arch on the foot that was rolling, so he is actually walking on the sole of his foot. This is a huge plus.

Advantages: Very sturdy, well made and great looking boots!! Even if they weren't orthopedic they'd still be well worth the money! The fact that they are helping to correct ankle/foot issues is amazing.
Disadvantages: Haven't found any disadvantages.

So far they have been easy for my son to put on himself, these are not shoes that where recommended from a doctor or that a doctor asked us to get him we took it upon ourselves because my sons ankles are not straight and he sometimes falls or trips on his own.
Advantages: Easy to put on
Disadvantages: None so far

I love these shoes to the only ones I found that are wide enough for my boys' feet. They also offer great ankle support, helping my children with their pigeon toed walk.
Advantages: Good quality shoes.
I've machine washed them with no problems, I did remove inner sole first.

We have been trying for years to find shoes that would stay on our sons foot. The last set I found were $125 and were open toe sandels not good for winter, these are AMAZING we are so happy with them. They fit perfectly they don't fall off and he loves them!!!!!

We love love the shoes, my son walks better than ever and does not take them off, his feet are son comfortable in this shoes that he does not even think about taking them off. The reason we purchased the shoes was mostly because his feet are extremely wide and he tends to take off any shoes we put on him no matter where we are. His teacher recommended these as she spent most of the day putting his shoes back on. He is a toddler therefore it hard to get laced shoes, therefore high tops where the best option and give the width of his feet it has bee a challenge. We are so thankful to her for the recomendation and to you guys for this wonderful amazing product!
Advantages: Cute orthopedic shoes for toddlers with wide feet.
Disadvantages: Absolutely none!

These are really nice, sturdy shoes. We got the brown ones. My 4th-grade son is very pleased with his "hiking boots". They keep his ankle stabilized and help it from rolling inward. If they prove to be durable, I'll plan to buy them again when he outgrows this pair. He walks in them to school every day, even in light snow.
Advantages: Stabilizes his ankle and arch. Easy to get on and off.
Disadvantages: None, so far.

These shoes have been a god send. My son has special needs and struggled to find high tops with such good support. His podiatrist is now recommending them to his other patients.
Advantages: We have bought many pairs of the sneaker. Many styles, since I found them. My son is 32yrs old but wears a boys 4xw hightop which is nearly impossible to find anywhere else. Also, ones that don't look like a baby shoe. The closure is able to be used with someone who has dexterity issues. He can be and feel independent.
Disadvantages: The sole could have a little better wear.

These are the first and only boots I've found that fit my 7 year old son's extra wide feet with a very high instep. In fact, aside from a pair of NB sneakers I found that also fit his unusually hard-to-fit foot, this is the only other footwear that also fits him. When he tried them on for the first time, he was jumping up and down with joy - that's how difficult it's been to find footwear that fits - until we found these. Time will tell how durable they'll be, though. Either way, if your child has very wide feet and high instep, try these boots. Very satisfied and highly recommend them.
Advantages: Extra wide and high instep option
Disadvantages: None I know of for now.
