Great shoes and excellent customer service! We ordered size 3.5 thinking these shoes ran the same size as our son's "Answer 2" shoes. Apis Mt. Emey shoes run a full size smaller than Answer 2, so we had to send these back for exchange for a size 4.5. The process was very simple and shipping was free on the exchange. We will definitely buy again!

Unfortunately had to return despite getting shoes in a close size in extra wide and similar style to an old pair from a different place, these did not fit at all. If you're an adult with small feet that would usually shop for youth sizes, you're best bet is a get a shoe assessment, try other resources, and/or different type of shoe, especially if you need extra width and/or depth with or without braces.
Advantages: Nice style, photo as ordered. Overall, user-friendly.
Disadvantages: Did not fit; sent back for return, but still awaiting status update nearly 3 weeks later.

My son has AFOs and we STRUGGLE to find shoes that fit his orthotics. We get the XW and they are an excellent fit, once we remove the provided supports from the shoe - always a little snug the first couple of days, but then the shoes seem to stretch a bit in all the right places to allow an easier fit. When we first started buying these, had to do a little "back and forth" to get the right size, but the Orthotic Shop worked well with us on the exchanges to make sure my son had what he needs!
Advantages: Fits AFOs
Disadvantages: I wish there were more colors than the black and the Blue/White combo. These are great shoes and more colors would be even better!
