This is a good quality insole made of soft leather. The arch isn’t as high as I expected, and probably wouldn’t work for me if I hadn’t intended this for a high-heeled boot, but I think it will work well for people with moderate arches.

Very nice quality. As good if not better than the ones I paid much more for from my podiatrist.

Delighted at how much more comfortable my shoes are with these inserts. Wish I'd known about them ages ago.
Advantages: the length makes wearing them in all of my shoes possible, not just sneakers!
Disadvantages: It's critical to use the little sticker pad. Otherwise they slip around the shoe.
