The assistance, ease of returns is fantastic.

Advantages: Agents on phone are eager to help both with orders and returns

Disadvantages: I just wish I could have found a slipper that had a higher instep.

I had no idea until I took my 88 year old dad to the podiatrist that diabetic shoes were a thing. His podiatrist mentioned shoes were available for my dads problems - absolutely no cushion between bone and skin on both feet. I took him home googled and found your web site. Today is Easter Sunday. My dad called me to tell me how he LOVED his new house shoes. He lives in Florida I am in Texas. It brought tears to my eyes to finally know what he has been missing for the last 48 years. Thank you!!!! I also purchased another pair of regular shoes - he told me today that the shoes fit and his feet feel so much better walking outside. Thank you for providing shoes for those who suffer the side effects of diabetes.
