These are super inserts! Good cushioning throughout. Good arch support. Best for cushioning I've found, and to get arch support as well is very hard to find.

They arrived on time and I have been using them for my walking shoes ever since. Very comfortable and my feet do not hurt even after walks of 5 miles or more.

Love the insoles, like walking on a cloud. I have a different problem in each foot and nothing bothers my feet when exercising and walking with them in my sneakers or boots.
