Best work shoes ever don't even need my orthotics in them.feel like running shoes so light and comfortable.
Advantages: Light weight comfortable.
Disadvantages: The traction on the sole isn't the best on new tile flooring I wore them to the mall and was sliding it felt like. Fine at work though.
