All I want is a credit on my VISA. The shoes were supposed to be white and they were grey which I could not use. I sent them back on 3/29/21 via USP as you requested. If I knew a return was going to be this difficult I would never have purchased online.
Disadvantages: My return of merchandise has not been handled. With Amazon Prime I have immediate results. This has been 9 or 10 days and you have not even acknowledged my merchandise return. This does not make me anxious to place another order!
