The shoe was well made and seemed to be a good shoe. The problem I had was that the other shoe I had previously ordered and returned was (size 10) too big so this time I ordered a size 9 (though it was a different shoe). This one did not fit and I need a size 10. The color also was not as it appears (to me) in the online catalogue. I have returned the second shoe as well and look forward to the replacement. (black, size 10)
Advantages: This style is much better than the first because it is truly adjustable whereas the other appeared to be but was not.
Disadvantages: Not having a brick & mortar store to actually go and SEE the shoes and TRY THEM ON is a GREAT disadvantage!!
