Apex Ambulator 6" Bio Boot I have only had these boots for a few days, but I can state they have good ankle support and are very comfortable. Plus the Orthotic Shop has been very easy to work with, the first pair I got was too small (because of a foot deformity), The Orthotic Shop made the return easy and the larger size worked just fine. Yes, the shoes are true to size, but my ankle deformity caused me to need a larger size in these boots
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.

I have to say that I've worn several different work boots in the last 10 years. Standing and walking around on my feet countless hours these boot are the best purchase to date. I'm sharing my personal experience even though the boots were $160 the shipping was quick and I rather pay for comfortable boots with extra heel and foot support than spending $60-$120 on pairs that don't last for more than 1-2 years.
Advantages: Layered inside shoes, Extra heel support, Lightweight , Water resistant , Slip Resistant.
Disadvantages: Like any boot your size may vary in size compared to sneakers but for me I was able to fit my size which is a 9.
Also they have small hooks to give you more support which can be used or not used.
