I purchased these shoes for my father. They look great and dad said they are very comfortable. My only complaint is Orthotic Shop promotes per it's web site you will have the shoes within just a few days. More than a week had passed and I contacted them to inquire why had the shoes not arrived yet? I was told by the representative they had to send the order to another warehouse because they were out of stock of this shoe. Would have been nice to receive an email or call about this. If my estimation is correct it took over 2 weeks or 3 weeks to receive.
Advantages: My father has very sensitive feet that tend to swell due to his diabetes and medication he takes and shoe fits him like a glove even when in that state.
Disadvantages: I ordered a "W" for my dad, but it appears he is a double "W" so the straps to not fully close to some degree.
