These casual walkers come with patented, removable Aetrex orthotics and PRS (Pressure Relief System) insole which allows you to easily customize the comfort and fit of the shoe by trimming the insole at the areas of pressure. Great Shoe! Plenty of room in toe area, thanks. Good arch / heal support. Goes well with my orthotics. The wide size is just right.

retired this shoe was much more than i expected.When i walk my feet and back feels much better.it's no cure but better than my old shoes.This is the first pair of shoes i paid that price.whish i done it sooner.
