Service was good. I returned the shoe because it was a little too loose. I researched the site and returned the Berlin for a different shoe. I was difficult getting this arranged, but I ended up paying for the return and have been told that the exchange shoe was shipped.
Disadvantages: I did ask questions about various shoes as I needed to make sure it would accommodate a lift. When inquiring about different shoes, it was difficult to match the response with the shoe as responses did not list the name of the shoe.

I ordered a size 10N and it was a little loose in the heel and slipped up and down. It stated that the shoe run large. So I returned the 10 N and ordered a 9 1/2 N but that size didn't feel as comfortable. It was a little short. I returned both sizes of the shoe.
Disadvantages: Make the size to a true size.
