Shoes fit as expected .

Disadvantages: constant emails to ask for this feedback. STOP IT NOW FFS or this is the last thing i will buy from you.

Bottom line, the shoes were just not comfortable. So, I returned them and ordered the 9708 after reading the description that they were a very light weight shoe so I hoped they would be more comfortable. Well, I received the 9708's and the jury is still out. I am going to try them around the house for a few more days before deciding.

Disadvantages: The toe box on both the 9702 and the 9708 is not as deep as I need. And the 9702 had too much arch support.

Shoes arrived exactly as ordered.

Advantages: Fit my feet really well. I needed the extra depth they provide.
