Very comfy! It's a great shoe as you would expect from Olukai. It's very soft and comfortable. It's a little on the narrow side so I would definitely suggest you have tried it on in a store which I have prior to ordering from here. The orthotic support is from the removable washable sole. It's not as stiff but does the job. I suffered from low arches and Patellofemoral syndrome and this definitely helped. I wear 8+ hours/day. Socks are optional and does not affect comfort.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.
Disadvantages: Shoe Width: Width runs narrow.

Hagemann I have a pair of Nubucks that I have had for several years. They are a great shoe. Very comfortable!The Nubucks I have are in the European size.

worthy of 2nd pair I typically wear an 8.5, but the 8 in this shoe fits my foot well. At work I wear these shoes with socks and my feet still enjoy being in them even after a 12 hour shift. I wear them so much for work that I bought a second pair for everyday life.
