Shipping error I ordered 3 pairs of insoles but the 1st shipment only contained 1 pair. I phoned customer service and they verified the error, apologized, and promptly shipped the other 2 pairs. No inconvenience to me.
Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.

These insoles have excellent arch support and cushioning. As a security guard I spend a lot of time standing and walking around on my feet. These insoles help me to be comfortable while performing my patrols.
Advantages: They immediately eliminated the pain and fatigue I suffered using cheap insoles and shoes.
Disadvantages: none at this time
