Second time I have ordered this shoe. As a diabetic with neuropathy, this is the only shoe I have found that allows me to work relatively pain free. Easy to put on and holds up well.

Advantages: Cushioning in shoe is superb and the shoes look nice

Disadvantages: As with any shoe with Velcro, the Velcro tends to not hold as well over time.
