Helps to secure lower back and is comfortable. By wearing it I"m more aware of my posture.

Best I’ve found. This order is my 2nd one. The first one lasted about 4+ years until the velcro stopped working.
My pain doctor of 22 years asked me where I got it, said he never saw one like that.
I have severe back problems (9 surgeries) and my lumbar spine is the worst. The pad is just right to support that area.

Advantages: Helps support my back(I have a curvature) and it distributes the pressure from the concentrated area of just 2-3 vertebrae at the center of the curve.
