Best Night Brace I've found First, the fact that I can adjust the level of tension is fabulous! Some nights, I can be bold enough to set it at max. Others, the 90 degree will do. I tend to contract really, really badly at night. Most braces can't manage it. This one can stand up to nearly everything. I'm so glad I tried it.

Amazing I have a different night splint and it was uncomfortable, so I got th S one instead and I absolutely love it! And it is easy to put on

leg cramp relief I suffer from nightly calf cramping and am hoping this splint will help to relieve that problem. So far so good; I alternate legs each night. The "optional" accessory strap is a requirement though for the splint to stay on during the night.
