Purchased for my husband who is a diabetic and has a very high instep and severe hammer toes. Needed something that wouldn't rub on the tops of his toes. This 3xl serves that purpose and he states they are comfortable. Probable could have used smaller size but he only uses them around the house.Have had god luck with Propet shoes before.

I bought these sandals for my husband who is confined to a wheel chair. I needed a sturdy pair that were easy to get on and off. The quality is outstanding. I wish I could have found them sooner.
