These boots are absolutely adorable! They are stylish & fashionable a d perfect for fall. There is a small heel but it's virtually a flat. I did need a wide since I wanted to wear with socks & leggings come winter. These are perfect to wear with jeans or dresses!

Love everything about these boots. Walked in them all day the first time. Heels work great with my planters fasciitis. Will look for this brand in the future. I've been a perfect 7.5 for over 49 years but I had to return original pair for a 7. You may want to size down. Thee booties prove that orthopedic shoes can also be very stylish. Thank you Vionics and Orthoticshop for a wonderful shopping experience.l

The soul insert was not for arches which I need. There was some other kind that was lumpy in the middle. I have already returned them

I always wear a 6 1/2 and with my bunions getting worse, decided to try the 6 1/2 wide in this boot. They were very small and tight. Not wide at all. I could barely squeeze my foot in. Exchanged for a 7 wide. They feel much better but now they are too big at the ankle opening and kind of look weird. I'm keeping them because they are the best ones I've found that don't hurt my feet.

Advantages: Nice griege color and cute bootie. Exchange was easy and quick

Very stylish and comfortable boot.
Quality and price together.

Advantages: I like that you can remove insole to put the ones I have.

Disadvantages: No disadvantages, it is really a good product.

These booties are wonderful. I have a severe case of plantar fasciitis and was able to walk in these for hours. I would definitely purchase these again.

I love them! I purchased a wide so, I could wear thicker socks. They are comfortable right out of the box. Wow, a boot that looks and fits great, a perfect match.

Gave the boot 4 stars because the fit was not typical for Vionic. This is my 5th purchase and the first time I've had to go up in size. The customer service was great and the exchange was painless, just had to wait longer for my boots than I wanted. Overall, they are comfortable and I was able to wear right out of the box! Just what I was looking for!!


Disadvantages: Had to go up .5 in size and they are a little wider than the 9.5 I normally wear. Thicker socks and it's all good.

I love these boots! I am a teacher and I stand most of the day and I have plantar fascia. I can wear them all day. I did order a half size smaller than I usually wear because my sandals were a little big.

This is my second pair of Vionic Joy Serena booties. I have a problem with my left foot and this the only shoe that I can wear all day without ankle and arch pain. The arch seems to fit my left foot perfectly and I only need my orthotics in my right boot to fill the extra space. Love all the Vionic products.

Advantages: They are attractive and comfy.

Disadvantages: Would like more colors

LOVE these boots. Stood on my feet all day the first day. My feet never hurt. I did have to size down. I’m always a perfect 7.5 but my foot slid down so I returned them for 7 and they are perfect.

Advantages: Love shopping orthotic shop. Best customer experience.
Style and comfort. I have planters faciitis and the heel is perfect in this boot.

Disadvantages: More color options please.
