A wonderful sandal. Very comfortable and, what I would call, a 'soft' arch support. I is exactly what I was looking for in a shoe - summer wear that supported my foot.
Advantages: Comfortable and the velcro straps allow for expansion of foot, if the need arises.

Brought this sandal for my husband, who loves them and wears them everyday,
Advantages: Protects his toes and that's why he choose this style of sandal. He has ALS and it's took his ability to walk so is in a wheelchair. When he stands up in bathroom to brush his teeth, and goes to sit down, his feet kick straight out and hits the doors under the sink, caused by the ALS. These sandals saved his toes 100%.
Disadvantages: He hasn't found any yet!!!

I bought these because I need a sandal that will accommodate custom orthotics. These do that well. However, the soles are extremely slippery and provide no traction at all on my deck or on the boat.
Advantages: Stylish, easily removable footbed.
Disadvantages: Very slippery sole.

Sandals arrived on time and fit perfectly. My orthotics fit well and allow me to use them comfortably and for extended time. Very pleased by my purchase.
Advantages: The sandals appear to be well made and I can use them for multiple occasions and settings.
Disadvantages: None as yet.

2ND PAIR SANDALS I HAVE FROM U & 2 VELCRO SNEAKERS. I, LIKE MANY OF YOUR CUSTOMERS, ARE SOMEWHAT HANDICAPPED, LEFT HAND & LEG.
THE WAY I, & PROBABLY OTHERS, PUT YOUR SANDAL ON, IS TO PUT 1 FOOT ON OPPOSITE KNEE & PULL THE VELCRO STRAP TOGETHER. BUT YOUR VELCRO STRAP GOES THE OTHER WAY, SO A 1 MINUTE JOB, TAKES 10 MINUTES. ALSO, THIS STRAP SHOULD BE LONGER, FOR GRIPPING, & FEMALE VELCRO A LITTLE LONGER TOO.

After a stroke many years ago, Juan must wear a foot brace in order to stand or walk. He's worn a similar pair of Sketchers sandals for years; your sandals were to replace them. We bought them too large in order to fit his foot brace. What he needs is two different sizes and widths. That said, in the 4 1/2 months since he started wearing them, the fabric covering the insoles has worn away on the heel of one and in the center of the other, and the fabric lining the straps where they rub against the plastic "buckle" that connects the two parts of each strap has worn through. So already we're talking about how I can repair and strengthen them before the leather strap rips, too.
Advantages: The rest of the shoes still look fine. Juan likes the look and feel of the leather and the soles are very sturdy.
Disadvantages: It would be wonderful if we could buy two shoes of different sizes instead of a matched pair. The thin fabric on the straps should be made of stronger, tighter woven thread.

I bought these for my son, a diabetic who recently had five toes amputated. He has special shoes with special inserts, but he loves wearing sandals occasionally in the summer. He needed something that would protect his toes on his good foot, and not irritate the surgical foot by allowing it to slide back and forth inside the shoe. These work beautifully for him.
Advantages: Comfortable, secure, and supportive. They look nice, too.
