When I first tried on this boot, I felt the arch support on the bottom of my foot and thought what have I purchased. I have never liked the arch in other brands of shoes. However, I googled for more information and learned that the arch support can be removed and reinserted when wanted or needed. Then I started wearing the shoe with the arch support and found it gave marvelous foot support, made me stand more upright and gave my back support as well. I used these boots in Paris last week, which as you may know, is a walking city. The boots were fantastic and I did use the arch support which was very comfortable.

Visually stunning more than images show here. The brown is actually more metallic on some sections of the bootie. And they are extremely comfortable. Glad to have them.

by using an insert in the shoe I think it will be OK. Extremely narrow foot which included the top of the foot. Too loose from seam at arch and allows foot to side forward. A lace up is better for me.

I am very happy with these boots. They are stylish and very comfortable. I am glad I ordered a size larger, they fit well and are comfortable. I do wear an insert in my shoes for arch support but did not need to in these, the insert that came in the boot’s provided enough support and were very comfortable walking in.

I love the way the boots fit, but I could not tell from the picture when I ordered them they were part smooth leather and part suede . I would lile to return them please. Can you please email me an address return label
