The Spenco Polysorb Total Support Insoles are shoe inserts great for people who walk, run, train or play sports. The "Spenco Total Support Insoles" gives lasting support and shock absorption that improves your athletic performance and prolongs the life of your shoes.

The Total Support offers a deep heel cup and stability cradle that helps to align the foot starting at the heel, which is where the foot initially strikes the ground. In addition, the Total Support has both medial and lateral arch supports which also help to keep the foot aligned when taking a step. By helping to align the foot properly, this is how it is able to reduce both supination and pronation.

as I stated in a previous email. This product is by far the most comfortable I've used to date. If some think these are pricy check the Superfeet insoles from EMS.

great insoles i have been using this for a couple of days now. the pain on my heel and back pain has stopped bugging me. i'm curious on how they perform on basketball shoes though.

I really like these. They are a bit pricey but they really seem to work well for my feet. I find them especially useful in my running shoes.

Spenco Total Support Orthotic Insoles I have been using this product for about 6 years per a doctor's recommendation. I have had several bouts with plantar fasciitis. The insole fits well in my athletic shoes and conforms to the shape of my foot. This product is excellent! My foot pain has decreased immensely and this product helps me to walk more easily.
