The fit runs large. I usually wear a 9.5/10 M and based on reviews I ordered a 9 M and it fits with a bit of extra room. The quality is very good. It's surprising how many compliments I've received from total strangers and when I tell them the shoe is an orthodic, they're in disbelief.
Advantages: roomy, good quality, nice styling. insert heal area cushy.
Disadvantages: the insert takes a bit of time to get used to. The arch support is stiff and feels like I'm walking on a horizontal stick in the arch area. The sizing could be a truer. Even with ordering a smaller size than I usually wear, it's still a bit too roomy.

Nice shoe and quality material-heavy weighted. The shoe runs slightly big, I bought a 7.5 and it fits okay if I wear a a cotton sock.
Advantages: Quality shoe, plenty of space near the toes, not narrow (No need to request wide)
Disadvantages: Not true to size - runs 1/2 size larger than normal
