Redithotics - Redi-thotics - Heat Moldable - Arch Supports at Orthotic Shop. Redi-Thotics Quik-Form Insoles perfectly shape to the arch of your foot with heat moldable technology.

Heating Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
  2. Remove insoles from package and place blue side up in oven for 2 minutes.
  3. Remove insoles from oven and place in your shoes.
  4. Stand in your shoes with toes pointed forward and shoulder width apart for 2 minutes.

Heat Moldable Molding Instructions

  1. Remove orthotics from package.  Place in convection oven face up.  Heat for 3 minutes at 250 degrees.(Allow an extra 30 seconds if using a non-convection oven).
  2. Orthotics will be warm to touch. 
  3. Place on a foam block or soft base and have patient stand on orthotics. 
    1. If arch is too high patients weight will lower arch while it is still warm.
    2. If you need to raise arch place your thumb under the medial lateral arch and press up until the orthotic arch meets the human arch and hold for 60 seconds.
  4. The forefoot will mold via patients natural gate and everyday wear.

Redi-thotics Heat Moldable Orthotics Excellent product. My podiatrist recommended these orthotics with the hope that I wouldn't have to purchase custom orthotics. They have worked very well. I have inserted them in several pairs of shoes and I have very pleased - my foot doesn't hurt as long as I wear shoes with the orthotic inserts.

Advantages: Size: Runs True to Size.
Shoe Width: Runs True to Size.
Would buy again.

I’ve had several pairs of these. After a couple of years of severe plantar fasciitis, 4 cortisone shots, physical therapy, anti-inflammatory patches, etc., my podiatrist recommended these. I play tennis all the time too. Once I started playing with these in my tennis shoes my pain finally went away. These are not soft or cushiony, they are stiff and firm, but they work wonders. They are very durable. I replace mine about once a year.

My feet felt better immediately. If you must trim them be sure to trim very tiny slivers at a time.

Just like what I buy at my foot doctor's office but at about 2/3 of the price. So far they are working fine.

Advantages: 2/3 the price. Shipping was okay.
